Ariel Winter is an American actor, singer and actor. She was born Ariel Winter Workman in Los Angeles California on January 28th 1998. Ariel Winter made her debut as an actress at a young age, appearing in a Cool Whip advertisement when she was only six years old. Her first television appearance was on an episode of the CBS show Listen Up! at the age of 7. The next time she appeared on television, it was in Monk Bones, ER and various other television series. Gretchen was the character she played in 2007 in Disney's Original Channel's cartoon program Phineas and Ferb. Her breakout performance in live-action came the following year in the role of Alex Dunphy of the hit TV show Modern Family. Ariel, along together with the Modern Family cast have won the Screen Actors Guild Award for the Best Performance by an Ensemble in the field of Comedy Series four times. Ariel continues to voice roles in movies like ParaNorman Cloudy, With A Chance Of Meatballs & Scooby-Doo! Stage Fright. Ariel is a purple Belt in Taekwondo.
