Lita Ford and Francia Raisa

Lita Rossana Ford is a British-born American guitarist, vocalist as well as songwriter. In the latter part of the 70s, she played as the lead guitar for the hard-rocking all-girl group The Runaways. The group wasn't successful in the United States, it gained enormous popularity overseas. Ford started her own heavy-metal career after the breakup of her band in 1979. After taking vocal lessons she debuted her own solo album, called 'Out for Blood'. This was followed by the release of 'Dancin' On The Edge'. Ford disappeared for a few decades from the world of music after the two albums didn't draw much attention. It was 1988 when Ford released her smash album "Lita". The track "Kiss me Deadly" as well as the ballad "Close My Eyes Forever" were huge hits. Unfortunately her success was short-lived and she was absent from the music industry for a few years. In 1995, she released "Black" and fifteen years later , 'Wicked Wonderland. 2016 saw the release of her most recent album of studio work "Time Capsule". Guitar Player Magazine presented her with the Certified Guitar Legend award.

She earned nominations in the ALMA Awards for Favorite TV Actress (2011) and Choice Scenestealer (2012) as well as the Teen Choice Awards for Choice Scenestealer.
